BC Financial Search is an independent, Manchester-based recruitment business specialising in accountancy practice and in-house tax recruitment across the North West, Yorkshire and North East.
With over 12 years of specialist experience and more than 200 successful placements, I offer an established network, detailed market knowledge and a personal approach to recruitment.
I work directly with both candidates and clients, taking the time to understand what matters, identify the right opportunities and build relationships that continue beyond a single placement.

I map the market and draw on my specialist network to uncover people and opportunities that may never appear on a job board.

Quality matters more than volume. I personally assess every introduction, ensuring each opportunity or candidate is relevant and carefully considered.
4. Stay Involved
I remain closely involved throughout interviews, offers, notice periods and onboarding, providing support well beyond the placement.

Why I Started BC Financial Search
After spending 12 years working in specialist accountancy practice and tax recruitment, I established BC Financial Search in 2026 with a clear goal: to offer a more personal and considered alternative to traditional recruitment agencies.
Throughout my career, I've worked with independent accountancy practices, regional and national firms, and in-house tax teams, helping them secure professionals at different stages of their careers.
Having built long-standing relationships with candidates and clients across Northern England, I wanted to create a business where I could work more closely with the people I support.
At BC Financial Search, you deal directly with me throughout the recruitment process. I take responsibility for understanding the brief, searching the market, managing introductions and supporting the process through to completion.
